The Institute is a non-profit professional body whose primary mandate is the furtherance of professional education and practice, bringing together professionals serving within the insurance industry. Since its inception in 2001, the Institute has represented the interests of its members and offered training programmes aimed at advancing professionalism within the represented professions in Loss Adjusting, Risk Surveying, Motor Assessment, Insurance Investigation and the wider field of Insurance
Executive Council
The Institute is run by a council of members, elected annually by the wider membership during the Annual General Meeting. The Council consists of the following office bearers:
